Arc-en-ciel International School is thrilled that one of our students, Essomana ABIGUIME, has been offered a full scholarship to Oxford Royale Academy's (ORA) world-renowned Oxford Summer School, allowing her to experience life in Oxford for two fantastic weeks during the summer of 2019 in the UK. In addition to classes with Oxford Royale Academy's teachers, Essomana Abiguime will enjoy a wide range of activities in Oxford, as well as excursions further afield to other UK cities, including London. She will also be able to form lasting global friendships with students from over 130 countries. This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity is provided by ORA's Scholarship Programme, offering talented students, like Essomana Abiguime, the chance to attend an ORA programme on a full scholarship.

The"Grande section" (French program) of the Early Years School closed their project on “How to communicate with an exhibition”. The little artists presented their work to parents and all the students of the Early Years School : Batik, paintings, sculptures, advertising videos ... Our students are shown to be very creative and good communicators.

The children at the Early Years campus ended 2015 with a film themed show. There was music, singing, dancing a lot of fun!

The Early Years students celebrated Halloween around a big game involving witches, cauldron, pumpkins and other fun such as trick treating. Thrills and giggles guaranteed!

The Grande Section’s students (French Program) of the Early Years campus organized a food collection for the orphanage Djidjopé of Adidogomé. The collection took place during the first IB program of inquiry: "Good Health". They now understand the principals of altruism and empathy. Thank to all participants for their generosity.

The Open Door event at the Early Years campus was attended by friends and family, and those wanting to know more about the exciting PYP programme. Arc-en-Ciel is a candidate school for the IB Primary Years Programme, and authorised to deliver the MYP and DP programmes.
